Tumeric Tonic Sparkler:

1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon raw honey

Sparkling water

Pinch of black pepper

Mix tumeric, lemon juice, and honey in glass until dissolved. Add sparking water and a pinch of black pepper to enhance tumeric absorption.

Why it helps: Tumeric is anti-inflammatory and helps kill parasites.
