Thai Burgers

Want a super delicious change from the plain hamburger? Try this burger. Serve it with slaw dressed in white wine viniagrette and home made plantain chips.
Burger Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1⁄2 lb ground pork
1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and minced (if mango is out of season, these burgers are excellent without it!)
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and minced
Sea salt, to taste
Directions
Add 1 tablespoon tallow to a large skillet over medium heat. While the skillet heats up, mix together Burger ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Form 4 patties from the mixture, then add them to the hot skillet. Cook for 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked through but still juicy.
