Need some energy mid day or before heading out to work? Try this smoothie.
Green Autoimmune Smoothie
Serves 1
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1⁄2 cucumber, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 handful parsley
Handful of baby kale or spinach
Juice of 1⁄2 lime
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 scoops collagen powder
Pinch sea salt
Water to thin
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, then serve.
